David Evan McDowell
David Evan McDowell is a photographer, music producer, and creative director of All Public Studio based in Philadelphia. His work spans environmental portraiture, concealed self-portraiture, and instrumental music production (as Aeon). His photographs have been exhibited at TILT Institute and commissioned by publications and organizations including ELLE and the Pew Center for Arts & Heritage. He previously served as photo producer and art director for Kill Screen Magazine. His practice centers on upending assumptions about identity through sustained attention and interdisciplinary creative work.
