SARAH LAYDEN

Sarah Layden’s fiction and poetry have appeared in Stone Canoe, Gargoyle, PANK, Sudden Flash Youth (Persea Books, 2011), and elsewhere. She is the winner of an AWP Intro Award and the Allen and Nirelle Galson Prize for fiction; she also won Purdue University’s Paul Sidwell Memorial Award for her novel, Sleeping Woman, which is excerpted in Freight Stories and the Dia de los Muertos anthology (Elektrik Milk Bath Press, 2010). She teaches at Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis and Marian University.  end
