ART 180 | What Do You Stand For?

Lucia Lira-Colmenero

Lucia Lira-Colmenero
I drew my country because I was born there. In that place I could visit my family, and there were lots of places that I loved. I miss my country and I love it. I have been here for only four years. I drew the roses because they make me happy and show respect for the beauty of nature. The dogs represent my grandmother’s dogs. I drew the cross because I love God, and he protects us, gives us love, respect and family. This piece shows how I feel about everything.
