Sara Quinn Rivara is the author of the chapbook Lake Effect (Aldrich Press, 2013). Her work has appeared in Cream City Review, 32 Poems, The Cortland Review, Bluestem, Literary Mama, and HerKind, among others. She earned her MFA in poetry from the Warren Wilson College Program for Writers. She teaches English and writing at Kalamazoo Valley Community College in Kalamazoo, Michigan.
