LAWRENCE SUTIN

Lawrence Sutin is the author of When to Go Into the Water (Sarabande Books, 2009) and A Postcard Memoir (Graywolf Press, 2000), along with a history, All Is Change: The Two- Thousand-Year Journey of Buddhism to the West (Little, Brown and Co., 2006), and two biographies: Do What Thou Wilt: A Life of Aleister Crowley (St. Martin's Press, 2000) and Divine Invasions: A Life of Philip K. Dick (Harmony Books, 1989). Sutin also edited his parents’ memoir Jack and Rochelle: A Holocaust Story of Love and Resistance (Graywolf Press, 1995). He teaches creative writing in the MFA program at the Vermont College of Fine Arts.  end
