Chelsea Gillenwater’s short stories and reviews have appeared in Blackbird and Philologia. She earned an MFA in fiction from Virginia Commonwealth University, where she served as the 2014–2015 lead associate editor for Blackbird. She is the assistant city editor for the Bristol Herald Courier and Washington County News.
