Emily Franklin is the author of several novels including The Girls’ Almanac (William Morrow, 2006), The Half-Life of Planets (Hyperion, 2010), and Last Night at the Circle Cinema (Carolrhoda Lab, 2015). Her debut poetry collection, Tell Me How You Got Here, is forthcoming in January 2021. Her work has appeared or is forthcoming in The New York Times, The Cincinnati Review, New Ohio Review, and Mississippi Review. She has been featured and read aloud on National Public Radio and named notable by the Association of Jewish Libraries.
