Michael P. Kardos received an MFA from the Ohio State University and is currently a creative writing fellow and doctoral candidate at the University of Missouri. His short stories have appeared or are forthcoming in Gulf Coast, Crazyhorse, PRISM international, The Florida Review, River City, and elsewhere. He is working on a novel and a collection of short stories set on the Jersey Shore.
