TRAVIS HOLLAND

Travis Holland’s first novel The Archivist’s Story (Random House, 2007) was listed among the best books of the year by Publisher’s Weekly and Financial Times, was a Barnes & Noble Discover Great New Writer’s selection, and was shortlisted for the 2009 International IMPAC Dublin Literary Award. Holland was the recipient of the 2008 Cabell First Novelist Award and two Hopwood Awards from the University of Michigan, where he graduated with an MFA in 2003. His stories have appeared in Ploughshares, Glimmer Train, Five Points, and The Quarterly.  end
