CHRISTOPHER BUCKLEY

Christopher Buckley is the author of seventeen volumes of poetry, including his most recent, Rolling the Bones (University of Tampa, 2010), which won the Tampa Review Prize for Poetry, and Modern History: Prose Poems 1987-2007 (Tupelo Press, 2008). A new collection, White Shirt, is forthcoming from the University of Tampa Press. He is the co-editor of the anthologies Bear Flag Republic: Prose Poems & Poetics from California (Alcatraz Editions, 2008) and Aspects of Robinson: Homage to Weldon Kees (forthcoming; The Backwaters Press, 2011). Buckley received a fellowship from the Guggenheim Memorial Foundation and is the winner of four Pushcart Prizes. He teaches at the University of California, Riverside.  end
