Sam Schieren

Sam Schieren is a lecturer in Virginia Commonwealth University’s English Department. Winner of the Barry Hannah Prize in Fiction, his stories have been published in The Iowa Review, Bellevue Literary Review, Gulf Coast, and Southern Humanities Review, among other journals. He received his MFA from UC Davis.
