JACQUELINE GOLDFINGER

Jacqueline Goldfinger’s work has been developed and produced nationally. Her newest play, The Arsonists, will be part of the Kennedy Center’s 2015 Page-to-Stage Festival, and her dark comedy Skin & Bone won Best New Play at the 2014 Philadelphia Critics Awards. Slip/Shot, developed at PlayPenn and the Lark’s Playwrights’ Week, was featured in American Theatre Magazine and won the 2012 Independence Foundation Award for Outstanding New Play at the Barrymore Awards and the Brown Martin Award. She has been in-residence at the Lark, PlayPenn, Azuka, La MaMa Umbria, Kenyon Playwrights Conference, and the Sewanee Writers’ Conference. She teaches playwriting and dramaturgy at University of Pennsylvania and University of the Arts and is a co-founder of The Foundry, an emerging playwrights lab based in Philadelphia.  end
