Jessi Phillips’s fiction, journalism, and essays have appeared in Glimmer Train, Mississippi Review, Nimrod, Sierra, Pacific Standard, and VICE, among others. She has received scholarships from the Sewanee Writers’ Conference, Community of Writers, and Lit Camp. She earned her MFA from Western Michigan University and is working on a novel and short story collection.
